About the Role

NBCUniversal is looking for early career candidates interested in building a career in learning and organizational development within the media and entertainment business. The Talent Management Coordinator will perform a broad range of administrative, coordination, and support activities across NBCUniversal’s Talent organization. This role involves special projects related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and career development, collaborating with a network of cross-company HR and Talent professionals to enhance the end-to-end employee experience.

The position reports to the VP, Talent Development and is a contributing member of the Global Talent Development team, including NBCUniversal’s corporate university – the Talent Lab. Flexibility is important, as the schedule may occasionally require early mornings and later evenings for events, executive support, and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination, administrative, and project management support to the Chief Talent Officer and SVP/Head of Global Talent Development, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, and preparing presentation decks.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain distribution lists, shared drives, and provide general office support.
  • Plan logistics for meetings, events, and roundtables, including room reservations, technology set-up, and catering.
  • Apply design, creativity, and writing skills to market and communicate initiatives across the Talent organization and support employee engagement efforts.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion on all matters, data, and documents.
  • Manage NBCUniversal’s Talent Lab at 30 Rockefeller Center, including coordination of space requests and communication with facilities.
  • Organize, order, and maintain inventory of program supplies and technology tools used in learning experiences.
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and delivery of virtual and in-person Talent Development experiences, including communications, facilitator support, participant experience, and operational logistics.
  • Create engaging materials for experiences, including presentations, participant tools, exercises/activities, and digital solutions.
  • Manage the space and experience budget, ensuring accurate and timely tracking.
  • Grow into facilitating virtual and in-person experiences for select Talent Lab programs.
  • Manage relationships with external learning vendors and partners to support program delivery, reporting, budgeting, and participant experience.

NBCUniversal’s Talent Development team designs, curates, and delivers signature learning experiences at the Talent Lab, the company’s corporate university. These experiences aim to:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Project management experience, including juggling multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Previous experience supporting an executive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including running/producing live meetings with chat and breakout spaces.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous coordination, events, and/or office management experience, including finances and vendor management.
  • Experience as a facilitator in virtual and/or in-person environments.
  • Experience with graphic design and publishing tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Schedule

This position has a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office work a minimum of four days per week. The company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Pay

Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000.
