Key Responsibilities
- Support our highest-performing Talent Managers on campaign execution from start to finish, handling daily back and forth with brands, agencies, and creators.
- Conduct market research and scouting for new creator and brand partnerships.
- Support on various daily tasks assigned by Talent Managers – must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain professional and prompt communication between brand clients and creators.
- Handle invoicing and ensure payments are received by coordinating with our accounting team.
- Participate in client calls to learn, gain insights and absorb information from experienced managers.
- Manage campaigns and update records through our CRM, ensuring all contracts, payment info, and campaign details are captured.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full-time role within a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to varying demands with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.
- A passionate follower of the creator economy, with an understanding of social media trends and influencer dynamics.
