What you'll do

  • Cook up the entire candidate lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings, and eventually interviewing and assessing talent yourself.
  • Work with the PTR Manager, Hiring Managers, and candidates to move the hiring process forward.
  • Administer various people processes such as employee recognition, freelance coordination, and on-boarding new employees.
  • Support the People, Talent and Recruiting team’s various initiatives by maintaining and updating trackers and project plans accurately and with strong attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with the PTR Manager, CEO, and other stakeholders.

About You

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a Recruiting or People focused position, where you demonstrated grit and the ability to rise.
  • Genuine interest in the People function at a lean, entrepreneurial e-commerce company with an initiative to learn more about the field.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through; ability to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience working in a small, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment, where you’ve overcome many obstacles.
  • Able to juggle working quickly, with maintaining high standards for your work.
  • Able to think through work thoroughly and logically with a high degree of ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to positively represent a company brand.
  • Track record of demonstrating maturity and professionalism.

Pay

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
