People Services (HR) Assistant

About the role

Mercy Rehab Hospital OK City South seeks a dedicated and experienced People Services Generalist to join our team. This role supports our patients and community members by enhancing department functions through various HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance.
• Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
• Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
• Supports culture activities along with ER/LR partners.

Requirements

Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Previous experience in HR or HR related field a plus.
