About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to support recruitment and employee onboarding activities in Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to partner with the HR team in attracting talent, coordinating candidate movement through the recruitment process, and helping create a smooth start for new team members. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, communication, and sourcing skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build talent pipelines by identifying and engaging candidates through job boards, databases, and other sourcing channels.
  • Support open recruitment needs by tracking applicants, updating candidate statuses, and maintaining accurate workflow records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Auxiliary recruitment outreach efforts, including employment branding and social media initiatives designed to expand candidate interest.
  • Cook up interview logistics such as phone screens, scheduling, and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and complete administrative tasks needed for new employee setup, including required forms and compliance documentation.
  • Facilitate pre-employment activities by arranging background checks, drug screenings, and other onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain organized employee files and HR records while ensuring documentation is complete and current.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR function, including offboarding support and other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR/recruiting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and sourcing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations.
