Responsibilities

  • Cook up onboarding activities for new team members, including document collection, system updates, screening tracking, and orientation support.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and help ensure information is entered, updated, and verified in a timely manner.
  • Aid employees with benefits-related questions and provide administrative support for enrollments, changes, and follow-up communication.
  • Support leave of absence administration by organizing documentation, tracking requests, and partnering with internal stakeholders on status updates.
  • Manage routine HR administrative tasks such as preparing forms, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential records with discretion.
  • Work within platforms such as Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now, Employee Navigator, and related tools to support HR operations and reporting needs.
  • Partner with HR team members on special projects and provide additional operational support during periods of increased workload.
  • Help facilitate new employee orientation activities and contribute to a positive employee experience through clear, detail-focused communication.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar support role.
  • Working knowledge of onboarding processes, employee documentation, and candidate screening coordination.
  • Experience supporting benefits administration and leave of absence processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain accurate employee data across multiple systems.
  • Exposure to tools such as ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse, Employee Navigator, or similar HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a detail-oriented, approachable style.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in HR are a plus.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30,000 - $40,000 annually.

Schedule

This is a long-term contract position that is fully onsite in Irvine, California.
