About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal services
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on client needs
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of matters
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other transactional materials
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of legal strategies
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making
- Assist in the drafting and negotiation of legal documents
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state or jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
