  • Drive operational improvements by identifying high-risk, manual, or error-prone workflows and implementing standardized, automated, or AI-enabled solutions

  • Document workflows, train AI agents, and develop self-service tools to improve employee and manager experience

  • Train and upskill team members on business processes, Workday configuration, data management, testing, and mass data loads (EIBs)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Systems roles, with strong hands-on Workday experience

  • Proficiency in executing mass data changes (eg EIBs) and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity

  • Experience leading system testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management for system updates or process changes

  • Strong understanding of HR data, workflows, and lifecycle processes, with the ability to identify issues and implement scalable solutions

  • Experience leveraging digital tools and AI assistants to improve efficiency, documentation, and workflows

  • Ability to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into system solutions

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information

Desired Qualifications
