We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Content: - "Why work for us?" paragraph about mission, values. That's about the company, maybe "About the role"? Actually "Why work for us?" is more about company culture. Could be "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content. We have: - Intro: "Why work for us? A career at Janus Henderson is more than a job, it’s about investing in a brighter future together . Our Mission at Janus Henderson is to help clients define and achieve superior financial outcomes through differentiated insights, disciplined investments, and world-class service. We will do this by protecting and growing our core business, amplifying our strengths and diversifying where we have the right. Our Values are key to driving our success, and are at the heart of everything we do: Clients Come First - Always | Execution Supersedes Intention | Together We Win | Diversity Improves Results | Truth Builds Trust If our mission, values, and purpose align with your own, we would love to hear from you!" That's about company mission/values. Could be "About the role"? Not exactly. Could be "About the company"? But only allowed headings list includes About the role. We could use "About the role" to contain this description. It's acceptable. - Then "Your opportunity" followed by bullet list of duties (actually a paragraph with semicolons). This is responsibilities. List: Enter all employee and organizational changes into the HR system of record such as; new job postings, pay changes, transfers and terminations, ensuring a high degree of accuracy Support the People Business Partner team with the operational aspects of employee lifecycle events Utilize reporting to run regular audits of employee and organizational data within the HR system Manage the semi-monthly Payroll process; running required payroll reporting, auditing and resolving data errors, and collaborating with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate submissions for each pay period Identify process improvements in the People Operations Team and suggest enhancements where appropriate Maintain detailed operational guides for all team processes Provide first-level system support and troubleshooting for the People team Collaborate with the People Systems and Technology teams to support system functionality changes; including process reviews, testing and documentation Produce standard letters on a regular basis for employment verification, unemployment claims, and other cases as required Ensure job descriptions are prepared and consistent with global template standards, local posting requirements/regulations, and general formatting before posting the role Ensure the employee file room is maintained to record keeping guidelines and requirements Carry out other duties as assigned That's responsibilities. - Then "What to expect when you join our firm" list of benefits: Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations, Generous Holiday policies, Excellent Health and Wellbeing benefits including corporate membership to Wellhub, Paid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the community, Support to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more, Maternal/paternal leave benefits and family services, Unique employee events and programs including a 14er challenge, Complimentary beverages, snacks and all employee Happy Hours That's benefits. - Then "Must have skills" list: Experience with data entry and auditing data output, Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Well-practiced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Ability to balance and complete multiple priorities simultaneously, Ability to build effective relationships with People Team peers; good team player, Able to work well independently, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and in an appropriate manner That's skills/requirements. - Then "Nice to have skills": 0-2 years experience in HR, Knowledge of HRIS systems, Experience with executing and validating reports, using standard reporting tools, Analytical and problem-solving skills That could be qualifications or nice-to-have. - Then "Supervisory responsibilities": No - Then "Potential for growth": Mentoring, Leadership development programs, Regular training, Career development services, Continuing education courses That's maybe "Benefits" or "Growth". Could be part of benefits or separate section like "Development". But we only have allowed headings; we could put under Benefits or maybe "Qualifications". However "Potential for growth" is not exactly benefits but could be under Benefits? Might be better to include as a separate section "Development" but not allowed. Could incorporate into Benefits as bullet points. - Then "Compensation information": The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000. This rang e is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through October 30, 2026. Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings. Please don't be discouraged from applying if you see this date has passed. That's Pay and maybe Schedule? Not schedule. - Then "Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool..." That's also compensation. - Then "Benefits: Janus Henderson is committed to offering a comprehensive total rewards package to eligible employees that includes; competitive compensation, pension/retirement plans, and various health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits. To learn more about our offerings please visit the Why Join Us section on the career page here ." That's benefits again but generic. - Then EEO boilerplate etc to remove. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Annual Bonus Opportunity" maybe keep as part of Pay? It's compensation detail. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. We need to decide sections: - About the role: include mission/values paragraph and maybe "Why work for us?" and "Your opportunity"? Actually "Your opportunity" is responsibilities. So About the role could be the introductory paragraph about company mission/values. - Responsibilities: the list of duties. - Requirements / Qualifications: Could combine Must have skills and Nice to have skills? Or separate: Requirements (must have) and Qualifications (nice to have). The instruction allows Requirements and Qualifications headings. - Skills: maybe we could put Must have skills under Skills, and Nice to have under Qualifications. Or we could put Must have under Requirements, Nice to have under Qualifications. - Benefits: list of benefits (Hybrid working, etc.) plus maybe the generic benefits statement. - Pay: base salary range, annual bonus opportunity, maybe note about closing date. - Schedule: not present; we should not create Schedule section if no specific content. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So omit Schedule. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading (not present). No Job ID. We need to output only HTML. Let's craft:

About the role

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.

This position will be open through October 30, 2026. Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings.

We should remove duplicated lines and boilerplate. Also remove "Please don't be discouraged from applying if you see this date has passed." That's maybe application instruction? It's encouraging to apply despite date; could be considered boilerplate? It's not a legal EEO but it's a note about date. Might be considered application instruction? The instruction says remove application instructions. This line is encouraging not to be discouraged; it's not exactly instruction to apply but more a note. Safer to remove? It's not substantive info about job; it's a note about date. Could keep as part of Pay section? It's about the posting date. Might be considered metadata; we could fold into short p. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." This is minor metadata about closing date. So we could include a short p: "Position open through October 30, 2026 (Colorado law requires an estimated closing date)." We can drop the encouragement sentence. Thus Pay section: base salary, annual bonus, and a short p about closing date. We also need to include the "Why work for us?" paragraph in About the role. Let's capture that exactly: "Why work for us? A career at Janus Henderson is more than a job, it’s about investing in a brighter future together . Our Mission at Janus Henderson is to help clients define and achieve superior financial outcomes through differentiated insights, disciplined investments, and world-class service. We will do this by protecting and growing our core business, amplifying our strengths and diversifying where we have the right. Our Values are key to driving our success, and are at the heart of everything we do: Clients Come First - Always | Execution Supersedes Intention | Together We Win | Diversity Improves Results | Truth Builds Trust If our mission, values, and purpose align with your own, we would love to hear from you!" We need to preserve punctuation and spaces. There's a double space after "together ." We'll keep as is. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Check for duplicated lines: none. Now output HTML fragment. Make sure to use proper HTML tags:
