About the role

The People Business Partner (PBP) role at CoreWeave supports G&A organizations, acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees. This is a paired model where you'll handle day-to-day employee and manager needs while learning from senior PBPs who oversee strategic G&A.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive execution across the employee lifecycle, ensuring people programs deliver measurable impact.
  • Leverage data, observations, and experience to identify patterns and provide clear actions for leaders.
  • Manage and prioritize organizational change in a dynamic environment, ensuring seamless transitions and business continuity.
  • Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning activities and enable consistent and defensible people decisions.
  • Consult on complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.
  • Collaborate with the People Team and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned people solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of employee relations and labor laws.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
