The Customer Service Representative position is a 6-month contract opportunity located in Lehi, UT. This role also offers bilingual Spanish capability.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
• Resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
• Follow up on customer service tickets to ensure all needs are met
• Train new team members as needed
