About the role
The Customer Service Representative position is a 6-month contract opportunity located in Lehi, UT. This role also offers bilingual Spanish capability.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
- Resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
- Follow up on customer service tickets to ensure all needs are met
- Train new team members as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
