People Business Partner- G&A
About the role
The People Business Partner (PBP) team at CoreWeave is expanding to support the growth of our G&A organizations. This role involves supporting managers and employees, handling day-to-day needs, and building towards a strategic skill set.
Responsibilities
- Proactively execute hands-on tasks across the employee lifecycle to ensure people programs deliver measurable impact.
- Leverage data, observations, and experience to identify patterns and provide clear actions for leaders.
- Manage and prioritize organizational change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless transitions and business continuity.
- Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning activities, enabling consistent and defensible people decisions.
- Consult on complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.
- Collaborate effectively with the People Team and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned people solutions.
Requirements
This is a paired model where you'll work alongside senior PBPs who own the strategic layer across G&A, while handling day-to-day employee and manager needs. You'll get broad exposure across multiple functions, build trusted relationships with managers and employees, and develop the full toolkit of a high-performing business partner.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in HR, ideally with early-stage experience. A background in consulting, operations, or a related field is beneficial. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with labor laws are preferred.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
