About the role

Serve as a critical strategic partner to leadership directly linking business strategy to talent outcomes that drive performance, growth, and organizational health.

Translate business priorities into forward-thinking workforce strategies, architect organizations for absolute clarity, and drive the adoption of initiatives that move the business forward.

Collaborate closely with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to evolve roles, cultivate digital and AI fluency across teams, manage complex employee relations, and implement cyclical HR processes to ensure teams have the structure to deliver results.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • 7+ years of experience in a human resources role partnering with senior leaders to drive high engaging and performing teams and lead change
  • A Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of improving work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational design, employee and labor relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret organizational health data, trends, and benchmarks to influence complex business decisions
  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing you to act as a trusted confidant and guide leaders through structural shifts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate messages effectively to all levels of the organization
  • Experience leveraging emerging HR technologies and generative AI tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and uncover actionable workforce insights

Pay Range

Pay Range: $75,200 - $140,000
