About the role
The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is a 6-month contract position.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems beneficial
