LeadVenture is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team! Are you a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who thrives on building meaningful relationships? If so, this could be a great fit. In this fast-paced role, you’ll focus heavily on high-volume outreach, including prospecting and cold calling, while gathering valuable customer insights. You’ll serve as the first point of contact between potential clients and our sales team, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities. We’re looking for motivated, driven individuals who are eager to succeed, ready to jump into a sales environment, and excited to contribute to our continued growth. This will be supporting our Net Driven brand.

  • Selling to independent tire and auto service shop owners, helping them grow their business through digital marketing, websites, and customer acquisition tools.

Growth and Development of Industry Accounts

You’ll focus on growing existing accounts and developing new ones. This involves cold calling and lead generation, overcoming objections, and enthusiastically delivering rebuttals using a proven sales system.

Requirements

  • 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Salesforce Lead generation/cold calling experience.
  • Associates degree preferred (but not required).
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of Territory Manager.
  • Able to excel in a high-volume work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners.
  • Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.
