Responsibilities

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams - Administer medication management as needed - Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field - Current license to practice in the state of Indiana - Experience in mental health or addiction treatment preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassion and empathy for clients
