About the role
Little Therapies is a leading pediatric outpatient clinic seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
- Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve communication, social skills, and functional independence.
- Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
- Oklahoma SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
