Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatric Outpatient)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one evaluation and treatment for pediatric patients with communication, developmental, feeding, and swallowing needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric care and interested in building long-term relationships with children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat speech, language, articulation, phonological, fluency, social communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing disorders
• Monitor progress and update plans of care
• Educate caregivers and provide home programs
• Complete timely clinical documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with OT, PT, physicians, educators, and other professionals
• Provide engaging, family-centered, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Tennessee SLP license required
• CCC-SLP preferred
• At least 1 year of experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred; outpatient, early intervention, autism, AAC, or feeding experience is a plus
• New graduates/Clinical Fellows are not being considered
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Must pass a background check

Compensation

• Billable-hour compensation model
• Experienced candidates paid according to established billable-hour scale
• Must be comfortable with billable-hour compensation
