About the role

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to oversee therapy services, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust therapeutic approaches based on patient needs and development stages
• Supervise therapy aides
• Maintain productivity standards
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives
• Participate in community outreach activities

Flexibility in work hours is required, with some evening shifts.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology
• Valid licensure (SLP certification or provisional)
• BLS certification
• Proficiency in electronic medical records
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt to patient and departmental changes
