Pediatric Rare Oncology, Key Account Manager - Texas
Broad Overview
The Pediatric Rare Oncology Key Account Manager will promote SERB's product, Danyelza, and increase the use of SERB's products (Oncology) for indicated uses within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include executing SERB's strategies, developing business plans, identifying key decision-makers, maintaining CRM records, achieving sales goals, educating healthcare professionals, optimizing time and resources, and complying with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective execution of SERB’s strategies and tactics within assigned geographic area
- Develop effective business plans to execute selling strategies that align with corporate brand and marketing plans
- Review and analyze market/customer data to support and execute strategic planning
- Identify key decision makers for the use of our products and conduct customer meetings within assigned territory
- Maintain current CRM records
- Achieve sales goals for all promoted products
- Foster commitment to SERB and our products
- Educate HCPs on the correct use of our products in the disease in which they are approved
- Optimize time and efficiency within a large geographic area in order to maximize impact and results
- Utilize resources for greatest sales impact
- Review and analyze data/systems/processes to identify and create business opportunities and to improve tactical implementation of strategic goals
- Comply with SERB’s code of conduct and policy guidelines
- Demonstrate in words and actions the values of SERB
- This is a customer-facing position with the expectation of travel to hospitals and onsite company meetings
- Comply with all hospital credentialing requirements

About the Role
This role will work closely with internal functions such as Inside Sales, Marketing, HR, Training and Sales Operations. Externally, the Key Account Manager will maintain relationships with Customers, CSO Leadership and Vendors.
