About the role
The Key Account Manager will promote SERB’s products, specifically Voraxaze and Vistogard for oncology indications, within the Northeast region covering NY, MA, NJ, CT, RI, and NH.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective execution of SERB’s strategies and tactics within assigned geographic area
- Develop effective business plans to execute selling strategies that are consistent with corporate brand and marketing plans and are tailored to geography and customer context
- Review and analyse market/customer data to support and execute strategic planning
- Identify key decision makers for the use of our products and conduct customer meetings within assigned territory
- Maintain current CRM records
- Achieve sales goals for all promoted products
- Foster commitment to SERB and our products
- Educate HCPs on the correct use of our products in the disease in which they are approved
- Optimize time and efficiency within a large geographic area in order to maximize impact and results
- Utilize resources for greatest sales impact
- Review and analyze data/systems/processes to identify and create business opportunities and to improve tactical implementation of strategic goals
- Comply with SERB’s code of conduct and policy guidelines
- Demonstrate in words and actions the values of SERB
- This is a customer facing position with the expectation that you will be traveling to hospitals in your territory and to various onsite company meetings
- Comply with all hospital credentialing requirements

Qualifications
- Proven success in sales and account management roles
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in oncology
- Strong understanding of product development, clinical trials, and regulatory processes
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and regulations
