Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) - Walnut Square

About the role

ONE THERAPY NETWORK, a leading pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients. - Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence. - Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. - Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Provide guidance and supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy Students.

What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation). - Oklahoma OT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates). - Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive. - Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. - Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
