About This Role

What You'll Do

• Help plan and implement engaging activities for children, including singing, reading stories, and other language arts exercises.
• Assist with daily routines, such as cleaning and organizing the environment.
• Interact with children in various activities.
• Help resolve conflicts, maintain the safety of the environment, and participate in spontaneous reading, word play, and problem-solving social interactions.

Requirements

• Required Qualifications:
• ECE degree, classes in early childhood preferred, but not required
• Experience in child care preferred, but not required
• TB test is required upon hire
• Initial training to be completed within 90 days of employment: CPR, First Aid, Symptoms of Illness, Child Abuse and Neglect, SIDS, etc.
