Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Have and maintain current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• Pass a TB skin test (within the last 12 months).
• Have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for a Compact license transfer to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends.
