Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
- Transfer Compact licenses to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Have current CPR certification with a hands-on component.
- Pass a TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Have reliable transportation.
