Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Reliable transportation
