Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in their homes.
Participate in electronic documentation using tablets provided to patients.
Work flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

Requirements

Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
Have and maintain current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
Pass a TB skin test within the last 12 months.
Have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Must be licensed (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - assistance can be provided by Aveanna after hire.
TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
Reliable transportation.
