Pediatric High-Acuity Home Health Registered Nurse

Role: Pediatric RN for high-acuity home health care. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing to medically fragile children in their homes.Perform assessments, manage complex treatments, and monitor patient conditions.Collaborate with families and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate caregivers on patient care and safety protocols.Ensure infection control and maintain patient safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.Experience in pediatric or high-acuity care preferred.Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
