Pediatric High-Acuity Home Health Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for medically fragile children in their homes
• Manage complex clinical needs including ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Administer medications and perform detailed assessments
• Educate and support families to ensure optimal care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document all clinical activities and interventions

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant pediatric or high acuity experience
• Strong clinical skills in ventilator and tracheostomy management
• Ability to educate and communicate effectively with families and team members
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
