Pediatric High-Acuity Home Health Registered Nurse

Role: Pediatric RN – High Acuity Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care for medically fragile children in their homes.Manage complex clinical needs, including ventilator and tracheostomy care.Administer medications and conduct detailed patient assessments.Educate and support families to ensure optimal care.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and follow individualized care plans.Accurately document all care activities and patient information. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with pediatric or high-acuity care experience preferred.Strong clinical skills in ventilator, tracheostomy, and medication management.Excellent communication and family education abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
