Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the role

This position requires an RN or LVN license to provide compassionate pediatric home healthcare. The role involves performing nursing procedures, participating in assessment, planning, and evaluating patient care, and offering health counseling and parental education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treatment and rehabilitation of pediatric patients.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and agencies.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to families.
• Operate an automobile for patient transfers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid nursing license (RN or LVN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Flexible schedule, self-motivated, minimal supervision.
• Mobility to transfer patients safely.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
