About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) in Las Cruces, NM and surrounding areas. Founded in 2000, we prioritize our core values: Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed!

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

Requirements

• Active RN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of pediatric care and medical terminology.

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
