RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) in Chambersburg, PA and surrounding areas. Since 2000, we’ve been caring for the medically fragile community across the nation, guided by our values: Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare personnel.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
