Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and manage trach and vent care
• Implement and follow individualized care plans
• Collaborate with families and the care team to ensure quality care
• Document all care activities accurately in EHR
• Maintain safety and infection control standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with pediatric care experience
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric nursing, including ventilator and tracheostomy management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
