About the role
In-Home Nurse providing skilled pediatric nursing care to medically fragile and chronically ill children in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and administer medications following physician orders and care plans.
- Perform tracheostomy and ventilator care, as well as feeding support.
- Provide family education to promote understanding and caregiving skills.
- Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Accurately document care activities and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric nursing, including ventilator and tracheostomy care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to provide compassionate, safe, and developmentally appropriate care in a home setting.
