Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse

About the Role

As a Pediatric RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to children in home and community settings, focusing on compassionate and dedicated patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and administer medications and treatments.
• Manage complex care needs including trach, vent, and G-tube procedures.
• Develop individualized care plans and educate families on care procedures.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document care activities accurately in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
