Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of medically fragile children in their homes.
• Manage and administer medications as prescribed.
• Deliver specialized pediatric care, including trach and ventilator support when needed.
• Educate and support families to ensure effective home care.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care activities in the EHR.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed RN with pediatric care experience.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, family-centered care.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
