About the Role

We are hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-home therapy services for children and young adults with developmental and functional needs. Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision
- Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development
- Support patients in achieving functional independence goals
- Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document care in an electronic medical record system
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Colorado)
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Current CPR certification
Qualifications
Preferred:
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
