CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

Experience Alabama CNA Certification Long term care, skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss resident care plans and progress.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of living areas and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from a state-approved program.
• Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Starting at $14 / hour

Schedule

• 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts available

$2,750 SIGN ON BONUS for Full Time
