About the Role
As a CNA at Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for assisting our skilled nursing staff with the daily care of our residents.
- Providing basic care and hygiene assistance to residents
- Assisting with meals, snacks, and hydration
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
- Documenting resident care and progress
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care and progress
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
- Provide emotional support and compassion to residents and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
