About the role

Founded in 2004, Amazing Care Home Health Services provides high-quality, in-home care to individuals and families. We partner closely with clinicians, caregivers, and operational teams to ensure patients receive timely, personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily routine care including bathing, feeding, and mobility
• Provide a clean environment for the patients
• Chart and document patient status, alongside reporting of changes to case manager

Requirements

• Active CNA licensure within the state of Utah or obtaining license within next 30 days
• Active CPR Certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility
• Current driver's license and the ability to drive to and access a patient's home without an assistive device
• Experience working in Home Health preferred
• Previous experience with KanTime Mobile / previous knowledge of electronic medical record systems
