Pediatric Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Role Overview

At H2 Health Kids, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. Our clinicians work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and other specialists to improve communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, emotional regulation, and functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes
• Partner with families to ensure consistency and carryover across environments
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth
• Model treatment plan implementation by working directly with clients to demonstrate strategies, ensure treatment fidelity, and support skill generalization
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth
• Model treatment plan implementation through virtual coaching, consultation, and direct client interaction as appropriate to support treatment fidelity and successful outcomes

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active state licensure (if applicable)
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to compassionate, family-centered and ethical ABA services

Pay & Schedule

Compensation ranges from $77,000 - $91,000 per year, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
