Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
  • Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
  • Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.

BCBA Skill and Qualification Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.
