As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in shaping client progress, creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans, analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. • Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
  • Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay of up to $105,000 per year based on experience and caseload.
  • Flexible scheduling to support your work–life balance.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time clinicians.
  • 10 paid holidays + 12 days PTO from the first year of employment.
  • Continuing education stipend and free CEU opportunities.
  • Mileage reimbursement for in-home sessions.
  • Dedicated clinical support and BCBA mentorship.
  • Administrative and billing support so you can focus on clinical care.
  • Leadership pathways for clinicians interested in growth.

Pay

Pay Range: $60–$70 per hour (or salary equivalent), depending on experience and role type.

Schedule

  • Full-time (30–40 hours/week).
