Role Summary
As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will support the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working collaboratively with a BCBA and interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collect, analyze, and report data to monitor client progress
- Support parent training and caregiver education initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate ABA services
