Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client success.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure, as applicable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children and families.
