About the Role

We're looking for a Per Diem BCaBA who is passionate about delivering quality care, values flexibility, and wants to make a meaningful difference on their own terms.

Required

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing and a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation when travel is required
  • To be eligible to work in the United States

Nice to Have

  • Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians in home-based, clinic-based, or school-based settings
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
  • Naturally connects with families, meets them where they are, and makes them feel heard and supported
