Harmony ABA Centers is seeking a dedicated and passionate BCaBA to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments under the supervision of a BCBA, including preference assessments, skills assessments, and behavior assessments.
- Develop treatment goals and individualized ABA programs based on assessment results and supervising BCBA direction.
- Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring program fidelity and high-quality service delivery.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity and train RBTs on proper implementation.
- Participate in parent training sessions and collaborate with families to support generalization of skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes, documentation, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethics code, HIPAA guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Support transition planning, scheduling, and team communication for assigned clients.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with families, staff, and external partners.
Requirements
- Maintain active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and uphold the highest standard of clinical integrity.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Be punctual, reliable, and maintain a consistent schedule.
- Ensure all services are delivered with compassion, professionalism, and respect.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all protected information is handled securely.
- Use clinical judgment when reporting concerns or recommending program changes to the supervising BCBA.
- Support Harmony ABA Centers’ mission of providing quality, child-focused behavioral therapy.
Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or related field required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong organizational and data-collection skills.
- Ability to supervise and train RBTs effectively.
- CPR certification required.
