Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
- Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
- Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.

BCBA Skill and Qualification Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.
