Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
  • Travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks for direct client support, team meetings, and training

Qualifications

  • Active and current BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload
  • Willingness and ability to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks
